Hey everyone! I hope your week is goin great! Mine sure is! I just left a radio station outside of Cleveland, OH. WYBL with Roger McCoy. He’s a totally awesome dude! He really seemed to like my music and is airing my interview on his station on Friday JI got to sing a couple songs and he spun the single “Girl With A Fishing Rod” & “Nothing” Super COOL!
Anyway, yesterday was great, too! I did a station interview and sang for radio in Lafayette, IN. yesterday morning. Then we drove to Cincinnati, OH. Where we were supposed to go to the YANKEES VS REDS game! I was so stoked, only to get to the hotel and the game got called off on a count of rain! BUMMER! I was supposed to take my good friend, and DJ of XM11 (Nashville Channel) Kent Terry. Great guy! Instead he took us to a Brazilian Steakhouse! It was DELICOUS! They give you a little laminated hexagon paper, one side red and the other green. If you leave the green side up, the servers continue to come around and give you all kinds of succulent meats! Its sooo fresh and they cut it right off the spit and it falls onto your plate! To top it off, they had Crème Brulee! YUM! That’s my favorite dessert J
We all got back to the hotel (myself, Jason (my guitar player), Alex (my label rep), Kent, and his friend Mark. Jason went up and brought his guitar back down..that only meant one thing… It’s time to sing!! We were at the Millennium and ROCKED OUT! We had a captivated audience. It was killer! SO FUN!
Finally got to bed last night around 1:30 AM… yikes! Woke up at 6 to drive to Cleveland…and now we’re in the car driving straight through back to Nashville! It’s a ‘quick’ 10 hour drive home. Haha … Well, I’ll be getting back to my place around 4AM. YAY….wait. At least I don’t have a thing going on tomorrow… looks like sleeping is on the agenda! Hope y’all have a great day!
